The NCBC is dedicated to your professional development and the continued improvement of the federal judiciary. Join our over 1,400 members and take a proactive role in shaping both your future and the future of the bankruptcy system. Your membership in the NCBC confers some special privileges. Among those are the right to vote, members-only web access, and the opportunity to participate in voluntary benefit programs sponsored by the NCBC.
If you are new to the NCBC, Please click on the "new member" application links on the right. We have four membership categories: General member, which is either a Bankruptcy Deputy Clerk member, or a Bankruptcy Clerk of Court member; Emeritus member, which is a retired Bankruptcy employee membership; Adjunct member, which is open to all other federal and state court employees, including judges; and, Associate member which is open to all individuals who do not fall into the above membership categories. Each link brings you to a form that explains the membership type, and requires you to fill in some information. You can pay either via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or send in a personal check. Membership dues are $15 per year for every category except Clerk of Court. Clerk of Court dues are $50 per year.
We hope that you become or renew your membership and join us for our next annual education conference which will be held in Atlanta from August 10th to August 13, 2015.
National Association for Court Managers dual membership is also now available. For new members to NACM, complete the online membership as a Regular Member and the cost is $100. For those NCBC members that are renewing their NACM membership, the manual membership application will need to be printed, and completed.
